You could put a small pepperoni piece in the middle of your egg (they make these awesome pepperoni minis now!), or half a cherry tomato, or even a canned pea. And I always wonder, “How can this be?!” I can literally eat a whole can of olives in one sitting. They add some nice texture and a bit of briny flavor.
